Frequently Asked Questions

  • The number of final photos will mainly depend on how long our shoot will be.

    I only provide you with the best images I have captured from your event.

    Here is a general guideline for the number of final edited photos:

    • 2–3-hour shoot: 100-150 photos

    • 4-hour shoot: 200-250 photos

    • 8-hour/whole day shoot: 400-500 photos

    ***Please note that the numbers above can vary depending on shooting conditions and the kinds of shots requested by the client.

  • Depending on your package, I usually deliver up to 20 edited photos within 24 hours, so you have something to post on social media while the event is fresh.

    I deliver your full gallery after two business days (Mon-Sat).

  • Your full gallery is delivered within two business days (Mon-Sat), and if I cannot deliver your photos on time, I will refund your payment in full, no questions asked!

    That is how serious I am in providing only the best customer experience.

  • I mainly service any area within the UK, but I would gladly photograph your event worldwide! I just need to add logistics (transportation + lodging in some cases) charges for events outside of Greater London.

  • To book my services, you can contact me via phone, email, or my contact form on my contact page.

    We can discuss the details of your event, check availability, and proceed with the necessary paperwork and deposit to secure the booking.

  • My cancellation policy is detailed in the contract we would sign before the event. Generally, the client is not obligated to pay the contract balance if the shoot is cancelled 7 days before the event date.

    Please note that the 20% retainer/deposit is non-refundable since this will partially cover my lost opportunities of not taking other bookings on the original shoot date.

  • I use professional-grade cameras, particularly the Fujifilm X system. I utilise various lenses to capture different perspectives, external flashes for low-light conditions, and other essential accessories.

  • Yes, I always carry backup cameras, lenses, and other essential equipment to ensure I can continue capturing photos despite technical issues.

  • Absolutely! I encourage clients to provide a shot list or any specific photo requests they may have to ensure I capture their unique vision.

  • Additional shooting time with any packages is £100/hr.

    If extending my shoot requires additional logistics costs like accommodation due to late travel, that will also be billed.

  • Depending on the scale and requirements of the event, I can work solo or have a team of skilled photographers to ensure comprehensive coverage.

  • Candid moments are an integral part of event photography. I try my best to be unintrusive to avoid disrupting your program. I blend into the event, anticipate moments, and use a documentary-style approach to capture authentic and spontaneous interactions.

  • I have been working as a professional photographer for five years, starting my career as a commercial studio photographer, handling e-commerce product campaigns.


    For the past year, I have found my true passion for event photography and have covered numerous events, from corporate conferences to intimate birthday parties.

How it works.

My process is simple and transparent to give you full confidence during the entire process.

Pre-event call or chat

Share your vision for your event and the moments you need me to focus on.

I would love for us to know more about each other during this time.

Event Day Shoot

I will arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before our photo shoot and then take wonderful photos of your event based on your brief or requirements.

I will then select the photos that best capture your event's essence and edit the images personally.

Receive initial photos within 24 hours, and your beautiful online gallery

You will receive up to 20 initial edited images within 24 hours after our photoshoot (for select packages), perfect for your early social media posts.

Receive your beautiful online gallery with 1-year hosting within two business days.
